That's a FANTASTIC loss!!! I'...Dang girl!! That's a FANTASTIC loss!!! I'm switching things up this week...I've gotta' get over this feeling deprived all the time. I'm trying out 1700 calories this week. My right knee is screwing up. It popped 14x yesterday and is really weak now...keeps feeling like it's going to pop out sideways. Dwayne freaked...told me to stay off of it for a week...yeah RIGHT!! I did a 2 mile walk at the park today, no jogging, just to feel like I was doing something instead of nothing. Still bugging me that I couldn't do more.
